The Day
Formal attire, think long dresses and suits. We want everyone to feel dressed up and celebratory.
April in Los Angeles is mild with highs in the low 70s and cooler in the evening. A light layer for later in the night is never a bad idea.
Genuinely lovely. April is one of the best months to be in Los Angeles — expect sunshine, low humidity, and highs around 70–74°F. Evenings can dip into the mid-50s, so if you tend to run cold, bring a wrap or light jacket for after dark.
Rain is possible but uncommon. The city tends to be green and blooming through April, so expect the Ebell's grounds to be at their best. Also the ceremony and reception are indoors.
Of course and plenty of it. We'll have a DJ keeping things going well into the night.
Full timing details will be on the Schedule page closer to the date. In the meantime, plan to arrive by late afternoon and stay late. We intend to make good use of the evening.
